Phone dictation is the fastest and more accesible mode of dictation. You can dictate
anywhere, anytime to any phone, even a cell phone. After dictation, the
file is already saved in the server and ready for downloading/transcribing by our Medical
Transcriptionists. Once the report is edited by proofreader and checked by QA it is
uploaded to the server and ready for pickup by the client.
Dictating thru Digital Recorder? No Problem! We also accept dictation from digital recorder.
